Fiorente Health and Spinal Flow
Recently I completed a day cleanse with Lyndall. I have done cleanses before and they have been quite extreme, I like eating so this was great and did not feel deprived at all. It included meal plans, recipes and lots of information regarding health. Lyndall is very gentle and was always supportive without being intrusive. Even though it was a cleanse I lost a bit of weight and felt healther. I now have enthusiasm to keep up a heathier way of eating. Thankyou Lyndall.

I can’t recommend my 10 day cleanse highly enough everyday I was guided through and given loads of valuable information to have always to refer back to with lots of delicious recipes with all the beneficial foods never once felt hungry and now finely I have a better path to travel rather than the sugar carb dead end road, I’m ever so grateful.

Lyndall is incredible and such a beautiful soul! She’s also extremely knowledgeable and very motivating. I have been working with her on and off for the past 3 years and she has taught me so much that will stay with me for life. Would high recommend if you’re looking for support or knowledge with your health.
