My kids have been in creches in so many gyms and I can honestly say they have never felt as comfortable as they do here. I'm pretty sure they've even called one of the staff mum a few times! Trustworthy, professional and fun staff and there are always enough of them there to look after the little ones. I highly recommend Roar Creche and the gym too. Definitely try it if you’re unsure and I guarantee you won’t regret it.

I had my first (and definitely not my last) appointment at SurFACEskin today.I sent a message early in the morning to cancel as my son was unwell so home for the day, but Jess was so understanding and accomodating and made arrangements so that I could still come in for my treatment!Kim was amazing. She is so knowledgeable, making you feel very safe in her hands. I even asked about a particular treatment that I wanted to get and she advised me that I didn't really need it and that as I might be not stoked with the results she wouldn't recommend it, so no unnecessary upselling her like you would experience in other places!I can't wait for my next appointment!

I am naturally a busy person with active roles in Sport and Business. I had heard about Floating but never made the time to try it until recently.It’s fair to say my first float was just ok, I enjoyed it but was not totally convinced. The staff at Float Lab were very professional and explained Float Lab rooms are specially built to reduce sensory stimulation, apparently the secret to what makes float treatment work. Because of the environment it can take a few sessions to acclimatise properly. The technical term for floating is Sensory Deprivation. This made reasonable sense so I decided to rebook. Interestingly despite my doubts I felt relaxed and slept really well that night.My second float was awesome. I was not so distracted by this new environment, I relaxed much faster drifting in and out of consciousness. I enjoyed it so much I am now a regular floating at least once a week. Floating has assisted in managing my busy schedule. I have increased energy, aches and pains have reduced and I have noticed increased clarity of mind. I look forward to my weekly float sessions and appreciate the value of spending 1 hour a week to recharge at Float Lab.

I have been going to Clearmind Studio regularly for a couple of years and absolutely love the place. The yoga teachers are all great and have their own style so there is bound to be a class to suit your personality, mood and ability. In particular Toni’s class on a Saturday is so well prepared and given with loads of genuine care it’s a privilege to share the space and practice. Oliver’s class makes me feel ten feet taller with the slow, strong stretches and Alicia’s Pilates class keeps my core and my spirit strong with her love and humour.Then there is Luisa, the wonderful masseuse, the floats, saunas and the yet to be tried ice bath.The owners Karen and Craig are humble, caring and considerate making it all together a fantastic well-being family to be part of.

Absolutely love the knowledge and gentleness from Dr Jack Cutler when doing Chiropractic today. Can’t wait to see him for regular maintenance.The Friendly staff and cleanliness of the place gave it a great vibe :)

First float recently - incredible experience for my mind and body. Staff were excellent at preparing me for the experience and the utilities as well as the overall vibe and facilities to the establishment could definitely be described as immaculate.Great prices and offers available as well.Would highly recommend.
